Born and raised in Quebec, Frederic Lauzier is a systems thinker and engineer with a passion for solving tough technical challenges through elegant design. With over 15 years in the field, he has helped upgrade energy grids, modernize factories, and build smarter devices through his work in embedded systems, automation, and sustainable technology. He’s just as comfortable coding for a microcontroller as he is troubleshooting a high-voltage power fault. Outside the lab, you’ll find Frederic hiking, restoring vintage electronics, or building open-source home tech. He believes great engineering is about simplicity, resilience, and lifelong curiosity.
